Brendan Fulmer currently serves as the Advisor to the Secretary for Value Based Reform at the Department of Health and Human Services. In this role, he advances Secretary Azar’s priorities to transform our healthcare system into one that pays for value instead of volume, which will improve quality and lower costs for all Americans. He previously advised Congressman Mike Kelly (R - PA), covering the Congressman’s health care portfolio on the House Ways and Means Committee and founded the bipartisan Health Care Innovation Caucus. A native of Delaware County, Pennsylvania, he graduated from Loyola University Maryland.
